Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of Starseed. They are deliberately short and plain. By creating an account or listening here, you agree to them — so it is worth the five minutes.

1. Who you are agreeing with

Starseed is operated by [TO CONFIRM: registered company name], registered in England and Wales (number [TO CONFIRM]) at [TO CONFIRM: registered address]. Where these terms say “we” or “us”, that is who they mean.

2. What Starseed is

A library of Steve Ahnael Nobel’s guided transmissions, meditations, affirmations, higher light decrees, ascension news and interviews, with a player for listening to them. Some of it is open to everyone; a free account opens the rest and remembers where you stopped.

3. Your account

• You need to be 16 or over to create one.
• Give an email address that reaches you, and keep your password to yourself. What happens under your account is your responsibility.
• One account per person. Do not share your sign-in with others.
• Tell us at once if you think somebody else has access to it.

4. The recordings, and what you may do with them

Everything you listen to here remains Steve Ahnael Nobel’s work. You are given a personal, non-transferable licence to listen for your own practice, for as long as you have an account. That is a broad permission and a genuine one — this material has been offered freely for years and that is not changing.

What it does not cover:

• Re-uploading recordings anywhere else, in whole or in part, including to social platforms.
• Selling them, or including them in anything you sell.
• Playing them in a paid class, workshop or therapy session without asking us first. Ask — the answer is often yes.
• Using them, or anything else here, to train a machine-learning model.
• Stripping them out with a downloader or scraping the catalogue.

5. What you write here

Your comments and reviews remain yours. By posting them you allow us to show them on the site and in the app. We may remove anything abusive, misleading, unlawful, or posted to advertise something — and we may suspend an account that keeps doing it. Where it is our call to make, we will tell you why.

6. Money

The library is free. Donations are voluntary, are not a subscription, and buy no additional access — they support the work being made. Tickets to events are paid separately and are handled by our payment processor.

Where you have a legal right to cancel a purchase, that right stands and nothing here removes it. For event tickets, the refund terms shown at the time of purchase apply; if an event is cancelled by us, you get your money back.

7. This is not medical or psychological care

Please read this one. The transmissions, meditations and decrees here are offered for spiritual and contemplative practice. They are not medical treatment, psychological therapy, or a diagnosis, and nothing here should be taken as a reason to start, stop or change any treatment you are receiving.

If you are unwell, in crisis, or under the care of a doctor or therapist, speak to them. Meditation can surface difficult material for some people; if that happens, stop and get support. Do not listen while driving or operating anything that needs your attention.

8. Availability

We intend Starseed to be available and working, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of faults. We may change, suspend or withdraw parts of it, and we may remove a recording at Steve’s request. Where a change is significant and you have an account, we will tell you.

9. Where our responsibility ends

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

If you are using Starseed as a consumer, you keep every right the law gives you, and nothing here affects them.

10. Ending it

You can delete your account whenever you like, from your settings or by writing to support@thesoulmatrix.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will say why unless we are legally unable to.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and for anything material we will tell account holders before it takes effect. Continuing to use Starseed after that means you accept the change.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the protection of your own local consumer law.
